Our three main focuses for this year will be:
Sustainability: Growing awareness of environmental impact and the importance of sustainability will influence the use of greener materials, energy efficiency and the design of spaces that minimize environmental impact for a more sustainable lifestyle.
Wellness and health: The focus on personal wellness leads to an increased emphasis on creating interior spaces that promote physical and mental health.
through the application of colors, lighting, materials and spatial arrangements that promote comfort and emotional balance.
Integrated technology: The continued advancement of technology will influence interior design, including integrated technology solutions such as smart home systems, connected devices and interactive digital experiences in commercial and residential environments.

MACRO FORCES
Macro forces are the broad trends and conditions that affect companies and the environment in which they operate. These forces can influence the economy, society and consumer behavior, and are forces such as economic, political, socio-cultural, environmental, technological and globalization. These macro forces are essential for companies to understand their operating environment and to develop effective strategies to adapt to change. Stay here to learn about the trends for 2026.
How will these changes be reflected in the development of products and services for the interiors segment?
Consumer behaviors will be impacted through the spaces where we live, work, shop and play, shaping the attitudes and behaviors of consumers in the coming years, increasingly CONSCIOUS (concerned about sustainability and environmental impact in their purchasing decisions), seeking and preferring ethical and socially responsible brands. Also, with increasing longevity and an aging population, we are likely to see a growth in older consumer profiles with specific needs and distinct preferences.
REDUCERS are those who seek to reduce their consumption in different areas, such as consumption of natural resources, energy, single-use products, among others, are motivated by sustainability, concern for the environment and the search for a more conscious lifestyle. They always seek to minimize their impact on the planet by opting for durable, reusable and sustainably sourced products. And NEONIHILISTS who have a faithful belief that things won’t get better unless they and the companies they support do better, dealing with constant disillusionment, recontextualize themselves with an optimistic alternative.

Here we share with you the top 3 trends, so stay tuned for the latest!
The RESIDENTIAL universe is constantly evolving, but there are several current trends that will stand out:
Sustainability and eco-design. Environmental awareness will continue to grow, looking for sustainable materials, such as recycled woods, non-toxic paints and furniture made with eco-friendly processes. The incorporation of plants and natural elements will continue to be a constant.
Multifunctional and simple spaces: With the rise of working from home, maximizing the use of space will be sought. Spaces will continue to be designed to serve multiple purposes, such as home offices that also function as living rooms or study areas that can be transformed into entertainment spaces. Modular furniture, versatile and adaptable to different configurations according to the needs of the moment, is ideal for small spaces where great flexibility is required.
Warm and earthy colors, as well as neutrals. Warm tones, such as browns, earth tones and soft greens, continue to gain prominence.
These colors bring a cozy feeling and connect the interior with nature, while neutrals create calm and relaxing environments.
Varied textures. The combination of different textures in furniture, wall coverings and decorative elements adds personality to spaces, creating unique environments with many stories to tell.
Biophilic design. This approach seeks to connect us with nature through natural elements in interior design. This includes large windows that allow natural light to enter, interior gardens, the use of colors and materials and textures inspired by nature. Within this trend we notice that the interior merges with the increasingly green balconies and terraces, fading that small boundary between outdoors and indoors.
Personalized art. Decoration with original art or personalized pieces is becoming more and more common, looking for ways to express the personality and style of those who inhabit the space through art in their homes.
These trends reflect a desire to create spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional and connected not only to those who live there, but also to the natural environment.

HOSPITALITY. It is anticipated that hotels will undergo significant changes in response to changing guest expectations and hospitality industry trends. The design of this type of space can vary greatly depending on the style and storytelling you want to offer. Opting for thematic design through environments that generate great remembrance and unique experiences through concepts and specific decoration is one of the great successes.
The distribution of common areas, lighting, furniture and decorative details are key aspects in the design of a hotel, since the main goal is to create a cozy and comfortable experience for guests.
Personalized experiences through technology to deliver more personalized experiences, from booking to stay, tailoring services and amenities to individual guest preferences. Smart technologies in their operations, with automated check-in systems, room control options via mobile devices and interactive guest experiences will become increasingly common.
Multifunctional spaces: Hotels are increasingly embracing their spaces to be more versatile, allowing for diverse events, collaborative work areas, entertainment options and innovative dining experiences.
These trends suggest that hotels by 2025 will be focused on delivering highly personalized experiences, integrating smart technology, promoting sustainability and creating multifunctional spaces that meet the changing needs of travelers.

STORES. By 2025, several trends are expected in the design and operation of stores and retail spaces that could influence the shopping experience and the way consumers interact with brands.
Stores adopt more sustainable practices in their design and operations, including using eco-friendly materials, reducing waste and encouraging responsible consumption.
Biophilia will continue to be a relevant trend in creating experiences that are more connected to nature.
Retail spaces are expected to continue to incorporate biogenetic designs, with design elements inspired by nature, such as organic patterns, natural materials and abundant natural light, to create more stimulating and calming environments.
Indoor green spaces, through the incorporation of greenery and indoor gardens in stores continues to increase, giving visitors the experience of being immersed in a natural environment.
These trends suggest a focus on more immersive shopping experiences, the adoption of sustainable practices, the integration of advanced technology and a greater synergy between physical and digital environments to offer consumers a comprehensive and personalized experience.
